Our services are advisory in nature. We provide information, strategies, and recommendations based on developmental research and professional experience. Twin Mentor does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological therapy, or licensed healthcare services. If your child requires medical or clinical psychological care, we will guide you toward the appropriate licensed professionals.
User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to the following obligations:

Limitation of Liability. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.
For users residing outside of China: nothing in this clause excludes any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under your local law. Twin Mentor respects the consumer rights afforded to you in your jurisdiction.
